★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, peço o meu boleto um mês antes para pagar e ninguém me dá uma satisfação, falam que mandaram por e-mail e no e-mail não tem nada. Pedi para fazer a troca do vencimento do meu boleto, mas tenho que pagar para simplesmente fazer uma troca da data de vencimento para bater com o dia que recebo assim não pagaria atrasada, mas nem isso eles podem fazer sem cobrar.
Para tudo tem cobrança, mas os reparos necessários que foi solicitado para eles até hoje não foi feito.
A casa quando chove molha o banheiro a campainha não funciona.
Atendimento péssimo sem nenhum respaldo necessário.
Estou em contato com advogados pois essas situações são inadmissíveis.
Terrible service, I ask for my ticket a month before to pay and no one gives me any satisfaction, they say they sent it by email and there is nothing in the email. I asked to change the due date of my ticket, but I have to pay to simply change the due date to match the day I receive so I wouldn't pay late, but even that they can't do without charging.
There is a charge for everything, but the necessary repairs that were requested of them to date have not been made.
The house when it rains wets the bathroom the doorbell does not work.
Terrible service with no support needed.
I am in contact with lawyers because these situations are inadmissible.
