★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência com essa imobiliária foi de razoável a péssima! São rápidos para fechar o contrato para começarem a receber, mas depois só problemas. Durante meu contrato com eles não arrumaram nem 80% das pendências do imóvel, tive que arrumar coisas por conta própria, porém o pior de tudo e quando você vai devolver o imóvel. Na devolução as promessas e falas do início do contrato tudo se dissolve, as taxas de mão de obra de pintura que era 250,00 reais passa ser 450,00 o material para pintura passa de 400,00 para 837 reais. Péssimo pós venda de contrato, péssimo em manutenção e não é atoa que até quem deixa seus imóveis para alugar reclama da prestação de serviços dos mesmos. Talvez pela cidade ser pequena, seja a opção menos pior, mas a dica que deixo, tudo que te falaram no início do contrato passe para um arquivo digitado e peça para o responsável assinar, quem sabe consigam cumprir com a palavras dele. Ao final do contrato só decepção, péssimo!
Experience with this real estate was from a reasonable to a bad one! They are quick to close the contract to start receiving, but then only problems. During my contract with them they did not even fix 80% of the pending of the property, I had to arrange things on my own, but worst of all and when you will return the property. In the return the promises and speeches of the beginning of the contract everything dissolves, the labor costs of painting that was 250,00 reais passes to be 450,00 the material for painting goes from 400.00 to 837 reais. Poor after sale of contract, bad in maintenance and it is not atoa that even those who leave their properties to rent claims the service of the same. Maybe the city is small, or the option is less worse, but the tip I leave, everything you were told at the beginning of the contract, go to a file typed and ask the person responsible to sign, who knows how to comply with his words. At the end of the contract only disappointment, lousy!

Não te considero concorrente pois o Sol nasceu para todos, não queira ele só para ti. Ti respeito pela caminhada que você deu para chegar até aqui e sempre te respeitei e admirei. Fiz o que pude para te ajudar num momento tanto difícil pra ti como para mim e você sabe disso. Mas eu sou um ser humano e as vezes pessoas querem nos humilhar e nos colocar para baixo. Más se esquecem de que Deus é quem nos fortalece, cuida de nós e nos dá as oportunidades para vencermos e assim mostrar que também temos as suas bênçãos para que possamos o Glorificar. Eu tbém trabalho duro, enfrento os mesmos desafios de que um dia você também enfrentou. Não tive ajudas, não tive ninguém me dando o ombro amigo, somente o Senhor nosso Deus é que me guiou e me concedeu as oportunidades e eu agarrei. Portanto sou grato as pessoas que um dia me trataram indignamente e me humilharam, foi ai que eu tive forças para prosseguir e mostrar que também sou capaz e assim ser mais um nessa imensa multidão de pessoas Bem-aventuradas como Você. I don't consider you a competitor because the sun was born for everyone, don't want it just for you. I respect you for the journey you took to get here and I have always respected and admired you. I did what I could to help you through a difficult time for you and me and you know it. But I'm a human being and sometimes people want to humiliate us and put us down. But they forget that God is the one who strengthens us, takes care of us and gives us the opportunities to win and thus show that we also have his blessings so that we can glorify him. I too work hard, I face the same challenges that you once faced. I didn't have any help, I didn't have anyone giving me a friendly shoulder, only the Lord our God guided me and gave me opportunities and I took them.
