★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimos, se pudesse dava zero estrela, aluguei um ap por eles e so me incomodei, aluguéis atrasados, e qdo perguntava sobre mentiam, entregaram meu ap sujo, o imóvel foi pedido de volta pra evitar mais dor de cabeça com a incompetência dos responsáveis pela locação do imóvel, a imobiliária...nao recomendo...
Very bad, if I could give it zero stars, I rented an apartment for them and just bothered me, rent was late, and when I asked about lying, they handed over my dirty apartment, the property was asked back to avoid further headaches with the incompetence of those responsible for leasing the property, the real estate ... I do not recommend ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre atenciosos. Nunca tive problemas com a imobiliária. Pagamento correto. Se havia alguma questão sobre condomínio eles sempre solucionavam. Apartamento entregue limpo. Pequena demora não por culpa deles. E sim das pessoas que eles chamavam pra fazer a limpeza e davam o cano no dia. A Dona Cris chegou até ir ajudar a limpar sendo que não era de responsabilidade dela. Recomendo muito.
Always attentive. I've never had any problems with real estate. Correct payment. If there were any questions about condominiums they always solved them. Apartment delivered clean. Little delay is not their fault. It was about the people they called to do the cleaning and gave the pipe on the day. Dona Cris even went to help clean up and it was not her responsibility. I highly recommend it.
