★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo esta "empresa" nem para o meu pior inimigo. As condutas são desprezíveis, totalmente incompatível com uma "empresa" deste segmento. São duas felicidades, na hora de contratar e na hora de rescindir. Pense duas vezes antes de fazer negócios com eles. Pesquise bem!

Ao fazer negociação com meu imóvel, Li e reli o contrato por diversas vezes que me foi enviado por e-mail, com antecedência . Fizemos alterações necessárias e recebi a minuta definitiva também por e-mail.
Infelizmente ao confiar na imobiliária , assinei um contrato na qual foi adicionada uma cláusula
( uma hora antes) que eu não concordava!, e não tinha sido expressamente enviada por e-mail conforme a negociação.
Me causou prejuízos financeiros e danos morais. Caso faça algum tipo de negociação com eles,
retire contrato na imobiliária , peça a análise de SEU advogado de confiança, tendo em vista que a advogada em questão , não transmitiu esta confiança e seguranca a nós . pelo contrario! colocou a mim e a minha familia numa Situação extremamente constrangedora.
Não recomendo, não indico! CUIDADO.

Unfortunately when I trusted the real estate company, I signed a contract in which a clause was added
(an hour earlier) that I did not agree !, and had not been expressly sent by email as negotiated.
It caused me financial and moral damage. If you do any kind of negotiation with them,
withdraw contract in the real estate, ask for the analysis of YOUR trustworthy lawyer, considering that the lawyer in question, did not transmit this trust and security to us. on the contrary! put me and my family in an extremely embarrassing situation.
I do not recommend, I do not recommend! CAUTION.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixa a desejar em relação ao cumprimento de contratos de clientes. Isso não é bom. No país do jeitinho isso faz a credibilidade da imobiliária se diluir. Todas as cláusulas de contrato devem ser cumpridas e a imobiliária Paulista deveria ser o fiel da balança nesse quesito. Uma pena , mas uma mudança na cultura pode resolver isso. Se eu faria um novo negócio com eles? Não sei não. Talvez não, pois confiança é tudo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje antes de sair de casa liguei para saber o horário de funcionamento, a moça que me atendeu disse que seria até as 13:00 hrs sai correndo de casa para dar tempo de chegar ,cheguei às 12:30 ou antes e dei de cara com a porta fechada, isso não se faz com ninguém estou com muita raiva por ter saído correndo de casa,perdi tempo,dinheiro de gasolina e quase perdi a consulta médica de ficar insistindo na porta....
