Eu tive o desprazer de fazer uma compra, mas o prédio foi entregue cheio de problemas, desde elevador de péssima qualidade, piscina que nunca pára de infiltrar na garagem do sub solo, muitas infiltrações no salão de festas, sem contar que eles não dão a mínima atenção para os clientes. São ótimos vendedores, mas depois entregaram o produto descobrimos tudo. Muito cuidado!
Guys, be very careful before buying any property from this construction company. I had the displeasure of making a purchase, but the building was delivered full of problems, from a poor quality elevator, a pool that never stops infiltrating the underground garage, many infiltrations in the ballroom, not to mention that they don't minimal attention to customers. They are great salespeople, but after they delivered the product, we discovered everything. Very careful!
