★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Na imobiliária combinaram uma coisa e a corretora ligou para falar outra, dizendo que negociações são assim. Se esquecendo que antes de lidar com negociantes, ela esta lidando com pessoas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. O dono, insistiu por várias vezes para que assinássemos um contrato sem termos todos os documentos do imóvel que estávamos interessados, dizendo que o negócio seria seguro. Descobrimos que o proprietário do imóvel tem uma dívida no valor de 3 vezes o imóvel a venda.
E ainda pra piorar, o dono retirou o anúncio do meu apartamento que lá estava para ser vendido. Muito estranha essa atitude.
Terrible attendance. The owner insisted several times that we sign a contract without having all the documents of the property we were interested in, saying that the deal would be safe. We found out that the owner of the property has a debt in the amount of 3 times the property for sale.
And to make matters worse, the owner removed the ad for my apartment that was there to be sold. This attitude is very strange.
