Após todo o tramite e que durou duas semanas, através de um amigo descobri que o LOTE estava calcinado ou Hipotecado a prefeitura, caso a empreendedora não terminasse as obras poderia perder o terreno, pois o mesmo é da prefeitura até que o projeto seja 100% aceite conforme Lei nº8.245/91, A hipoteca só é extinta ao final das obras de infraestrutura.
Enfim o corretor disse a principio não saber deste adendo, e posteriormente em alguns áudios trocados via WhatsApp entendi que, tinham ciência porém eram orientados a trabalhar assim.
Em resumo ações antéticas que justificam minha avaliação negativa neste e em outros métodos de pesquisa, para evitar que outras pessoas tenham a mesma frustração.

I was buying a lot in Jardim Florida Hortolândia block "" G "" Lot 31 and 32,
After the whole process and which lasted two weeks, through a friend I discovered that the LOT was calcined or Mortgaged to the city hall, if the entrepreneur did not finish the works it could lose the land, because it belongs to the city hall until the project is 100% accepted according to Law 8,245 / 91, the mortgage is only extinguished at the end of the infrastructure works.
Anyway, the broker said at first that he did not know about this addendum, and later on in some audios exchanged via WhatsApp, I understood that they were aware but were oriented to work like this.
In summary, unethical actions that justify my negative evaluation in this and other research methods, to prevent other people from having the same frustration.
