★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento via whatsapp, não possuem protocolo para o envio da listagem de documentos correta, demoram pra responder as mensagens. Não indico pra ninguém.
Poor customer service via whatsapp, they do not have a protocol for sending the correct document listing, they take too long to respond to messages. I don't recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Imobiliaria não faz agendamento de reserva de chaves, nem marca horário pra visita dos imóveis. Me desloquei 20km em vão pra tentar ver um imóvel pra locação.
Imobiliaria does not schedule the reservation of keys, nor make an appointment to visit the properties. I went 20km in vain to try to see a rental property.

They charge 800.00 Just to make a valuation of a Property that is less than 6 Km from the Real Estate ????????? Kkkkkkk is a joke, right ?????

O financeiro é horrível pessoas desprepadas.
Tive vários problemas com a entrega do meu apartamento. O inquilino colocou uma tela na janela completamente fora do padrão tive q pagar um profissional para consertar, a minha janela ficou horrível cheia de furos, tirou o varal q a própria imobiliária me pediu p eu mesma colocar. A imobiliária colocou um varal velho e com cordas faltando tive q comprar outro.
Fui fazer as minhas cobranças com a Rose ela nem me respondeu...
I do not recommend this company..
Financial is horrible unprepared people.
I had several problems with the delivery of my apartment. The tenant put a screen on the window completely out of standard I had to pay a professional to fix it, my window was horrible full of holes, took the clothesline that the real estate company asked me to put it myself. The realtor put up an old clothesline and with missing ropes I had to buy another one.
I went to make my charges with Rose she didn't even answer me...
