★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Corretora Elaine nos tratou super mal, não olhava na nossa cara, péssima vontade, nos tratando como se não tivéssemos condições para o local. Ao sair, deixou o portão do imóvel aberto escancarado e foi embora, nós vimos, descemos do carro e fechamos.
Não indico.
 Poor service. Broker Elaine treated us super bad, did not look in our face, terrible will, treating us as if we had no conditions for the place. As he left, he left the door of the open property wide open and left, we saw, got out of the car and closed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência, visam somente lucro, deixando os DIREITOS do cliente de lado simplesmente pq a Dona se acha dona da razão e Lei assim se achando no direito de humilhar as pessoas simplesmente pq é "DONA" alias todos nesta imobiliaria se acham donos da Lei.
Se realmente quer um local onde vc possa alugar ou comprar com tranquilidade não sera aqui o local.
Bad experience, they aim only at profit, leaving the client's RIGHTS aside simply because the owner thinks she is the owner of the law and the law thus finds herself in the right to humiliate people simply because she is "DONA" alias everyone in this real estate is the owner of the law.
If you really want a place where you can rent or buy with peace of mind it will not be the place here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vi um apartamento para alugar e no mesmo dia que anunciaram ja entrei em contato com o local, me disseram que ainda estava em analise para locação, todos os dias eu continuei perguntando sobre o apartamento e um dia me disseram que o contrato do dono do ap com a porto ja estava ok e que o contrato ja estava feito, quando perguntei sobre o andamento simplesmente me informaram que o local ja estava alugado.... oi?
com certeza alguém ofereceu uma premiação pra preferencia...
não indico essa corretora pra ninguem
I saw an apartment for rent and on the same day they announced I already contacted the location, they told me it was still under analysis for rental, every day I kept asking about the apartment and one day I was told that the apartment owner's contract with the port it was already ok and the contract was already made, when i asked about the progress they simply informed me that the place was already rented .... hi?
surely someone offered a prize for preference ...
I do not recommend this broker to anyone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por algum motivo que eu não sei qual, a corretora Elisangela estava bem desinteressada em atender meu companheiro em relação a locação de um apto. Desde o anúncio do apto. foi mantido contato com ela, ficamos aguardando a aprovação da Porto Seguro (segundo ela informou) ,pedimos para marcar uma data para visitação e possível assinatura do contrato de locação, o qual ela não deu retorno, e hoje quando foi questionado novamente sobre o apto. ela informou que já havia sido alugado! Como assim? Em nenhum momento ela informou que já havia um interessado, não nos permitiu fazer sequer uma proposta, nem tivemos a chance de visitar o apto. Enfim, total descaso. Não recomendo!

As well? At no time did she inform that there was already an interested party, she did not allow us to make even a proposal, nor did we have the chance to visit the apartment. Anyway, total neglect. I do not recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremamente desenterresados nos assuntos do imóvel, um total descaso agora quando se trata de interesses dos mesmo sabem se posicionar e cobrar e tem que ser tudo no tempo deles... péssima imobiliária para deixar um imóvel!
