★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior imobiliária de Lavras, desorganizados, sem educação, os funcionários ninguém sabe de nada e o responsável nunca está. Responder no whatsapp nem pensar (não sei nem pra que tem). Na hora de cobrar o aluguel rapidinho eles fazem, mas para resolver qualquer problema é uma burocracia, demora dias! Isso quando resolve! Se você pensa em alugar qualquer coisa com eles PENSA 10X! Isso sem falar na entrega do imóvel, que eles querem que entrega novo uma coisa que você pegou usada! Enfim, nunca mais! Não indico de jeito nenhum!
 Worst real estate in Lavras, disorganized, uneducated, employees do not know anything and the person in charge is never there. Reply on whatsapp not even think (I don't even know why). When it's time to collect the rent quickly, they do it, but to solve any problem it's a bureaucracy, it takes days! That's when it solves! If you think about renting anything with them THINK 10X! Not to mention the delivery of the property, because they want you to deliver something you picked up used again! Anyway, never again! I do not indicate at all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou morando em um apartamento onde não tem como eu dormir dentro do quarto, por conta de goteiras. O teto de gesso quase caiu na cabeça de um morador. E a resposta que temos da imobiliária e que a dona precisa reformar o apartamento.
I'm living in an apartment where I can't sleep inside the room, because of leaks. The plaster ceiling almost fell on one resident's head. And the answer we get from the real estate agency is that the owner needs to renovate the apartment.

Na hora de alugar eles foram super solícitos, entreguei a vistoria dentro do prazo e morei um ano no apartamento e eles nunca me devolveram a vistoria com as correções sugeridas (mesmo eu cobrando). Ao entregar o apartamento tive que arrumar várias coisas que eu não tinha estragado. Conheço várias outras pessoas que reclamaram do mesmo, eles sempre fazem a gente arrumar coisas que não pediram pro morador anterior arrumar. E não se enganem, existem imobiliárias melhores em Lavras que fazem uma vistoria justa e não te entregam um papel dizendo que tudo está perfeito. Existe atendimento mais humanizado e imobiliárias que querem fazer o melhor para todas as partes do contrato. A Ticle só quer abusar e se aproveitar dos inquilinos, eu teria vergonha de trabalhar em um lugar como esse.

When delivering the apartment I had to fix several things that I hadn't ruined. I know several other people who complained about the same thing, they always make us fix things they didn't ask the previous resident to fix. And make no mistake, there are better realtors in Lavras that do a fair inspection and don't hand you a paper saying that everything is perfect. There is more humanized service and real estate agencies that want to do the best for all parties to the contract. Ticle just wants to abuse and take advantage of tenants, I would be ashamed to work in a place like this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento! Fazem de tudo para dificultar a entrega do imóvel. A vistoria não achou nada relevante e simplesmente inventou problemas que não existiam. Chamamos uma pessoa que eles indicaram que avaliou e disse que não tinha o problema. Ainda assim ficaram insistindo e fizemos as mudanças que queriam. Nisso foram mais vários dias tendo que pagar aluguel. Além de ter que pagar 120,00 de faxina, sendo que tínhamos limpado tudo, mas é claro que não se deram por satisfeitos. Enquanto morávamos lá todos os problemas que solicitávamos reparo não eram atendidos. A entrega da casa que devia demorar uma semana, foi quase um mês. Alugar com eles é certeza de dor de cabeça

In addition to having to pay 120.00 for cleaning, since we had cleaned everything, but of course they were not satisfied. While we were living there all the problems we asked for repair were not taken care of. The delivery of the house, which should have taken a week, took almost a month. Renting with them is sure to be a headache.
