 Good afternoon, excellent service from Imobiliaria Imovan, very serious and competent... I was very well attended by the person responsible for rentals to Giovana. Solved all the procedures, always very friendly and attentive, answering my messages very quickly. They have several options of real estate tds very well located and new!!! Estou muito satisfeita com o serviço.
Janeiro/2022 Estou tendo dificuldade com o atendimento/suporte no esclarecimento de dúvidas. Envio por e-mail, insisto e tenho as dúvidas resolvidas parcialmente. O atendimento mudou bastante do início do contrato para agora que tenho questões cotidianas a resolver. As dificuldades começaram em relação a contestação de vistoria e agora em relação a reembolso de valores. Espero que o atendimento melhore e eu possa reavaliar.

January/2022 I'm having difficulty with the service/support in clarifying doubts. I send it by email, I insist and my doubts are partially resolved. The service has changed a lot from the beginning of the contract to now that I have everyday issues to solve. The difficulties started in relation to the inspection contestation and now in relation to the reimbursement of values. I hope the service improves and I can reassess.

A todo momento disposta em atender minhas escolhas e conseguiu me convencer em ir ver um apto que eu tinha gostado, mas que eu estava insegura por conta da localização. Gostei do jeito de persuasão dela. Estou contente com a escolha, e a parte "burocrática" ela esclareceu muito bem e resolvemos tudo muito rápido.
The broker Rafaela was quick, attentive and very friendly in responding to my email. At all times willing to meet my choices and managed to convince me to go see an apartment that I liked, but that I was insecure because of the location. I liked her persuasiveness. I'm happy with the choice, and the "bureaucratic" part she clarified very well and we solved everything very quickly.
