★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é excelente. O proprietário conhece cada um dos condomínios da Chácara Klabin por completo: os nomes, localizações, metragem, estado de conservação, face, vista, valores... Absolutamente tudo sobre cada imóvel que esteja à venda ou para locação.
Ele possui muito boa vontade para atender e negociar.
Jamais conheci um corretor com tamanha habilidade e conhecimento incomparável dos imóveis do bairro - diferentemente do atendimento que tive em outra imobiliária que atua no bairro há décadas.
Com certeza, super recomendo!!!
The service is excellent. The owner knows each of Chácara Klabin's condominiums in full: the names, locations, footage, condition, face, view, values ... Absolutely everything about every property that is for sale or for rent.
He is very willing to attend and negotiate.
I have never met a broker with such skill and unrivaled knowledge of real estate in the neighborhood - unlike the service I had in another real estate that has been operating in the neighborhood for decades.
For sure, super recommend !!!
