★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior imobiliária que já tive o desprazer de trabalhar, na hora de cobrar e receber são rápidos e eficientes, mas quando alugam casas problemáticas não dão retorno, nem auxilio, você que se vire com o prejuízo, nem responder e-mail respondem. Pra devolver o caução então, só se ajoelhar e implorar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostaria de deixar registrado o meu contentamento em ter sido clientes de vocês ao longo desses 44 meses, queria deixar um agradecimento especial ao corretor Geraldo que desde o início se mostrou muito disponível
e se desdobrou para nos entregar o AP antes do natal de 2015 (não me esqueço disso, obrigado mesmo Geraldo).
Outra pessoa que sempre me atendeu com muita atenção e prontidão (WhatsApp, E-mail, telefone...) foi a Cristiane, parabéns pelo empenho. Moro de aluguel a alguns anos e já passei por diversas imobiliárias, mas posso dizer que a Imóveis Vera tem um diferencial que são as pessoas e também a simplicidade para conduzir os processos administrativos.
Gostei muito de ter morado no “AP 81 bloco 5” da senhora Alice (repassem esse meu abraço para ela também se possível).
Espero de coração que o próximo morador seja tão feliz quanto eu fui naquele LAR.
Quem sabe um dia volto novamente a ser clientes de vocês.

Another person who always answered me very attentively and promptly (WhatsApp, Email, Phone ...) was Cristiane, congratulations for your commitment. I live in rent for a few years and have been through several real estate, but I can say that Imóveis Vera has a differential that are people and also the simplicity to conduct administrative processes.
I really enjoyed living in “AP 81 block 5” of Mrs. Alice (give her my hug to her too if possible).
I sincerely hope that the next resident will be as happy as I was in that home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Imobiliária que aceita depósito ja é raro, provaram competência para administrar e prezar pelo negócio firmado entre as 2 partes. Agradeço muito a Cris e a Paula que sempre me atenderam sem medir esforços e ao Corretor Geraldo que me apresentou o imóvel que eu buscava com toda a honestidade e transparência que eu precisava. Lamento ter tido que recindir o contrato por conta da atual situação de Pandemia, mas tiveram impatia sem perder o profissionalismo e intermediaram todo o processo de entrega do imóvel e de parte do depósito que ainda cabia, sem desfavorecer nenhuma das partes.
Recomendo e sei onde voltar quando me for possível.
Real estate that accepts deposits is already rare, they have proven competence to manage and appreciate the deal signed between the 2 parties. I am very grateful to Cris and Paula who always attended me without any effort and to Broker Geraldo who presented me the property I was looking for with all the honesty and transparency I needed. I am sorry to have had to re-apply the contract because of the current situation of Pandemic, but they were impatient without losing professionalism and intermediated the entire process of delivering the property and part of the deposit that still belonged, without disadvantaging any of the parties.
I recommend it and I know where to return when I can.
