★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento com a imobiliária foi muito bom, porém tive um problema com relação ao aluguel, estava negociando um salão já havia dado a certeza para a imobiliária que iria fechar, estava somente faltando eles me retornarem para marcarmos o dia de assinar o contrato, quando a corretora me ligou foi pra avisar que o imóvel já havia sido alugado por outra pessoas, fiquei muito chateado, acredito que a responsabilidade seja da imobiliária, pois deveriam entrar em contato com a proprietária assim que eu informei que iria fechar negócio, não aguardar ela alugar pra outra pessoa pra me retornar... Muito decepcionado!
The service with the real estate agency was very good, but I had a problem with the rent, I was negotiating a salon, I had already given certainty to the real estate company that would close, I just needed them to return to schedule the day to sign the contract, when the broker called me to let me know that the property had already been rented by other people, I was very upset, I believe that the responsibility lies with the real estate agent, as they should contact the owner as soon as I informed her that I would close the deal, not wait for her rent to someone else to return to me ... Very disappointed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, da locação ao encerramento do contrato. A funcionária Monica não atende telefone e não responde WhatsApp. Te mandam dezenas de e-mail de cobrança antes do vencimento e após encerrar o contrato fomos enrolados até quando deu para nós pagarem. Não indico.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O corretor Gilberto no primeiro contato promete enviar propostas e anúncios de imóveis á venda e simplesmente não envia e nunca mais retorna o nosso contato. Não há comprometimento, acompanhamento e nem respeito com o cliente. Se ligamos novamente o descaso continua. PÉSSIMO ATENDIMENTO.
