★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é péssimo, não tratam bem o cliente, falam mal dos clientes na frente de outros clientes, fazem o serviço mal feito e não entregam no prazo (muito pelo contrário, demoraram bastante para entregar e só entregaram porque eu fiquei em cima para fazerem...).
Encomendei uma mesa nessa serralharia. Assim que cheguei ao estabelecimento tinha outro cliente sendo atendido, quando ele saiu o dono do serralharia (que estava atendendo) começou a falar mal do cliente que saiu na minha frente. Acertamos um prazo de entrega, no dia da entrega falei com o responsável por WhatsApp e ele não respondeu, muito menos entregaram o produto. Eu tive que ficar entrando em contato para entregarem o produto. Quando a mesa chegou não veio como eu pedi e o material que eles usaram não é de boa qualidade, colocaram o material mais fraco para poderem faturar mais, além de que o serviço já é caro, muito superfaturado e não há nenhum custo benefício, pois a qualidade é baixíssima.
O local de trabalho é extremamente insalubre, não há limpeza e os trabalhadores não trabalham com os EPIs devidos para o tipo de trabalho feito ali, não há qualidade nenhuma no local do trabalho.
Não recomendo, procurem outra serralharia, o preço é elevado, a qualidade é baixíssima e o atendimento é péssimo. Você só vai perder dinheiro e ganhar aborrecimento.

I ordered a table at this locksmith shop. As soon as I arrived at the establishment, there was another customer being attended to, when he left the locksmith owner (who was attending) started talking badly about the customer who left in front of me. We agreed on a delivery date, on the day of delivery I spoke to the person responsible for WhatsApp and he did not respond, much less delivered the product. I had to keep in contact to deliver the product. When the table arrived it didn't come as I asked and the material they used is not of good quality, they put the weaker material in order to earn more money, and the service is already expensive, very overpriced and there is no cost benefit, because the quality is very low.
The workplace is extremely unhealthy, there is no cleaning and workers do not work with the proper PPE for the type of work done there, there is no quality at all in the workplace.
I don't recommend it, look for another locksmith shop, the price is high, the quality is very low and the service is terrible. You will only lose money and gain annoyance.
