Venho por meio deste canal deixar minha insatisfação com a administração da impacto adesivos. O funcionário Wallace fechou negócio comigo para envelopar uma moto Lander;
Com autorização da administração para fazer o serviço na loja, paguei adiantado, e no dia combinado para a realização do serviço, não obtive retorno, mesmo tentando entrar em contato diversas vezes. Após alguns dias de transtorno, o serviço começou a ser realizado no galpão da impacto adesivos no prado, porém não concluído, e com a promessa que seria terminado no dia seguinte. Acontece que o funcionário Wallace, novamente, começou a dar diversas "conversas", adiando de novo o serviço, e quando chegava o dia, ele simplesmente não respondia no whatsapp, vindo responder dias depois, causando mais transtornos. Como a impacto adesivos autorizou a realização do serviço em seu estabelecimento, ela é responsável legal por esse descaso total com o cliente, solicito o reembolso integral do meu serviço pago, pois caso contrário vou tomar as medidas cabíveis perante o judiciário.

It turns out that the employee Wallace, again, began to give several "conversations", postponing the service again, and when the day came, he simply did not respond on whatsapp, coming to answer days later, causing more inconvenience. As Impact Adhesives authorized the performance of the service in its establishment, it is legally responsible for this total disregard for the customer, I request a full refund of my paid service, otherwise I will take the appropriate measures before the judiciary.
