★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O local em si é muito bom. Equipamentos novos, banheiro limpo, recepção maravilhosa. Mais tenho dois comentários negativos a fazer !
1- Sei que os professores não conseguem fazer o acompanhamento de todos os alunos pois são vários. Mas devia dar uma atenção maior os mais novos que estão começando. Eu por exemplo estava fazendo um exercício pensando que estava fazendo o movimento "correto", pois o professor estava do lado acompanhando outro aluno, e como ele viu também eu fazendo o exercício e meus movimentos e não falou nada pensei que estava tudo certo. No outro dia não estou nem conseguindo andar com dores agudas na lombar. Quer dizer o instrutor fez vista grossa para o meu movimento errado que ocasionou uma lesão na lombar ! O professor de academia quando ver um aluno fazendo o movimento errado o mínimo que ele tem que fazer é chegar lá e da um toque pro aluno mas em sempre isso acontece.
2- A água do bebedouro tem um gosto esquisito!
The place itself is very good. New equipment, clean bathroom, wonderful reception. But I have two negative comments to make!
1- I know that teachers cannot monitor all students because there are several. But you should pay more attention to the younger ones who are starting. For example, I was doing an exercise thinking I was doing the "correct" movement, because the teacher was on the side accompanying another student, and as he also saw me doing the exercise and my movements and didn't say anything, I thought everything was right. The other day I'm not even able to walk with sharp pains in my lower back. I mean the instructor turned a blind eye to my wrong move that caused a low back injury! The gym teacher, when he sees a student doing the wrong move, the least he has to do is get there and give the student a touch, but it always happens.
2- The water from the drinking fountain has a weird taste!
