★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falaram que era ordem de chegada e que demoraria 1hora pra troca de pneus ficar pronta. Resultado: mais de 4h esperando e ainda não completaram o balanceamento. Fiquei muito decepcionado. Fui embora pois tinha que pegar meu filho na creche. Tô rodando há um mês com pneu novo sem balancear. ?
 They said it was a first-come, first-served basis and that it would take 1 hour for the tire change to be ready. Result: more than 4 hours waiting and they still haven't completed the balancing. I was very disappointed. I left because I had to pick up my son from daycare. I've been riding for a month on a new tire without balancing. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Preço bom mas, o atendimento deixou a desejar, os funcionários ficam batendo papo, mexendo no celular e vc fica esperando. Há meu ver com no máximo 70% do tempo que eu fiquei lá eles executariam o meu serviço.
Good price, but the service left something to be desired, the employees are chatting, using the cell phone and you are waiting. In my opinion, at most 70% of the time I was there they would perform my service.

Se você procura profissional digno e honesto, corra desta empresa!
Totalmente desonestos, eles possuem uma sala secreta onde não dão acesso ao cliente e lá "realizam" serviços no seu veículo.
Além disso, utilizam daquela tática de fechar o serviço por um valor e depois alegar que não pode continuar com o serviço porque tem que fazer cambagem ou desempeno das rodas (sem comprovação), aumentando o orçamento em cerca de 40%.
E pra piorar, quando reclamei da desonestidade, uma das atendentes foi chamada pela recepcionista principal e esta foi totalmente grosseira, e usou de desculpas esfarrapadas para justificar a canalhice da empresa.
Bad experience.

Totally dishonest, they have a secret room where they don't give access to the customer and there they "perform" services in their vehicle.
In addition, they use that tactic of closing the service for a fee and then claiming that they cannot continue with the service because they have to camber or straighten the wheels (without proof), increasing the budget by around 40%.
And to make matters worse, when I complained about the dishonesty, one of the attendants was called by the main receptionist and she was totally rude, and she used lame excuses to justify the company's badness.

Demoraram 5 horas pra fazerem esse serviço, me disseram pra ficar lá esperando.
O mecânico condenou parte da suspensão e queria cobrar só de mão de obra 500 reais. Depois disseram que tinha que fazer 3 cambagens de 140 reais cada. Levaram o carro pra uma sala secreta e fizeram.
Depois de ficar mofando por 5 horas me entregam o carro com o volante trincado em 3 parteS.
Concluindo, fui atraído pelo baixo preço do pneu, mas paguei muito nos serviços que eles foram dizendo que eram necessários. E perguntei a outros clientes que estavam lá e fizeram o mesmo com eles. NAO RECOMENDO ESSA OFICINA.
Horrible experience! I changed 3 tires, aligned and balanced.
It took 5 hours to do this service, they told me to stay there waiting.
The mechanic condemned part of the suspension and wanted to charge only 500 reais for labor. Then they said I had to do 3 cambers of 140 reais each. They took the car to a secret room and did it.
After being moldy for 5 hours they deliver the car to me with the steering wheel cracked in 3 parts.
In conclusion, I was attracted by the low price of the tire, but I paid a lot for the services they were saying were needed. And I asked other customers who were there and did the same for them. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS WORKSHOP.

Além disso, utilizam daquela tática de fechar o serviço por um valor e depois alegar que não pode continuar com o serviço porque tem que fazer cambagem ou desempeno das rodas (sem comprovação), aumentando o orçamento em cerca de 350%.
Eles te atraem pelo preço dos pneus e depois vasculham o carro inteiro e sugerem vários e vários serviços sem laudos e comprovações.
Te enfiam em uma sala de espera e à cada 30 minutos vem com uma surpresinha e magicamente o seu orçamento aumenta em 80 ou até 200%.
NÃO HÁ HONESTIDADE E MUITO MENOS TRANSPARÊNCIA!!!
CERTAMENTE SERÁ O MEU MAIOR ARREPENDIMENTO DE 2022.

They attract you for the price of tires and then search the entire car and suggest several and various services without reports and proofs.
They put you in a waiting room and every 30 minutes you get a little surprise and magically your budget increases by 80 or even 200%.
THERE IS NO HONESTY AND MUCH LESS TRANSPARENCY!!!
IT WILL CERTAINLY BE MY GREATEST REPENTANCE OF 2022.
