★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ainda processando o péssimo atendimento recebido. Escolhi a gráfica por ser ao lado da minha casa, então cheguei a ir 2x e a loja estava fechada. Mesmo assim entrei em contato pelo whatsapp solicitando orçamento. Além da demora e de precisar toda hora mandar mensagem pra lembrarem de responder, após 1 semana de diálogo pra um simples retorno de orçamento, a resposta veio do nada dizendo que não dava pra fazer umas simples tags. Perguntei o que havia acontecido na intenção de resolver alguma pendência e desde então, nunca mais me responderam. Isso depois de 1 semana de insistência minha querendo fechar por conta da proximidade e muita educação.
Sério, vocês querem trabalhar? Loja fechada, péssimo atendimento e tratamento a um potencial cliente que falou sozinho. Impressionante! Melhorem!
Still processing the bad service received. I chose the printer because it was next to my house, so I went twice and the store was closed. Even so, I contacted whatsapp asking for a quote. In addition to the delay and needing to send a message all the time to remind them to respond, after 1 week of dialogue for a simple quote return, the answer came out of nowhere saying that it was not possible to make some simple tags. I asked what had happened with the intention of solving any pending issues and since then, they have never replied to me. This after 1 week of my insistence wanting to close due to the proximity and a lot of education.
Seriously, do you guys want to work? Store closed, poor service and treatment of a potential customer who spoke to himself. Impressive! Improve!
