★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima, levei meu celular com a tela trincada foi resolvido essa questão e o próprio vendedor me orientou procurar a loja caso tivesse algo errado, passaram alguns dias identifiquei problema na entrada do fone não estava reconhecendo, fui até a loja dentro da garantia, chegando lá me informaram que teria que pagar 120 reais para arrumar a entrada, condenando a peça sem ao menos verificar. Ao contestar esse absurdo, fui mal atendida. O vendedor Jair extremamente mal educado, não sabe atender os clientes, não tem o mínimo de bom senso.
Não recomendo. Nunca mais volto neste lugar. NOTA ZERO!
Terrible, I took my cell phone with the cracked screen, this issue was resolved and the salesman guided me to look for the store if something was wrong, a few days passed I identified a problem at the entrance of the phone I was not recognizing, I went to the store under warranty, getting there I was informed that I would have to pay 120 reais to fix the entrance, condemning the piece without even checking. In contesting this absurdity, I was poorly attended to. The salesman Jair extremely rude, does not know how to serve customers, does not have the least common sense.
I do not recommend. I will never return to this place. ZERO NOTE!
