★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solicitei um orçamento de camisetas e não me informaram o material das mesmas, somente após fazer o depósito de 50% do valor me informaram os matérias disponível, como não era o material que eu desejava imediatamente solicitei o cancelamento e solicitei um reembolso. Acontece que os proprietários disseram que não fariam o reembolso que eu deveria usar o valor em produtos, mas o erro não é meu e sim deles que não informam para os clientes o material do produto que vendem. Depois de reclamar por não ter sido informado eles me disseram que faria o reembolso, porém já faz 30 dias e eles não me respondem mais no WhatsApp. Deixo aqui meu depoimento pra que todos saibam que essa empresa quer ficar com o dinheiro dos clientes mesmo não pertencendo a eles. Hoje irei no procon e se não resolver vou abrir um processo.

It turns out that the owners said that they would not make the refund that I should use the value in products, but the mistake is not mine but that they do not inform the customers of the material of the product they sell. After complaining about not being informed they told me that I would make the refund, but it's been 30 days and they don't answer me on WhatsApp anymore. I leave here my testimony so that everyone knows that this company wants to keep the clients' money even though it doesn't belong to them. Today I will go to the procon and if it does not resolve I will open a case.

NÃO usavam MÁSCARAS no momento em que fui até a loja, e parecia q eu nem estava ali!
Horrível vc ir até um comércio te verem e não te darem o mínimo de atenção como cliente .ah
E eu ainda insisti atendimento via WhatsApp
E foi o q me fez vir aqui deixar minha insatisfação (isso prova que realmente o atendimento é péssimo porque tentei via WhatsApp como se fosse outra pessoa)
NÃO recomendo!
Terrible attendance
THEY DID NOT USE MASKS the moment I went to the store, and it felt like I wasn't even there!
Horrible u go to a store to see you and not give you the least attention as a customer .ah
And I still insisted service via WhatsApp
And it was what made me come here to leave my dissatisfaction (this proves that the service is really bad because I tried via WhatsApp as if it were someone else)
I do not recommend!

The price to stamp a t-shirt is cheap I called there and they said it's 70 reais to stamp it. The store is close to the Taquaral lagoon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fábrica muito antiga no bairro, tem outras filiais pela cidade e trabalham por encomenda para CNPJ e CPF. Não consigo avaliar quanto a custos e qualidade de serviços.
