★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente não tive uma boa experiência. O meu pneu furou em um buraco e sofreu um rasgo na lateral. Levei no local, pois vi que estava bem avaliado. Fui informada de que seria necessário realizar vulcanização, que o reparo não iria prejudicar no desempenho do pneu e que o mesmo estaria apto a rodar novamente. Marcaram um prazo de entrega do pneu para o dia seguinte pela manhã, deixei de realizar meu horário de almoço para buscar o pneu. Fui informada que o mesmo ainda não estava pronto e que estaria pronto após as 19h do mesmo dia. Voltei novamente ao local (que não é perto de onde moro ou trabalho) para buscar o pneu. Cobraram um valor de R$50,00 pelo reparo.
No dia seguinte quando eu fui sair com o carro, o pneu estava no chão. Levei ele na borracharia para solicitar o ressarcimento, pois o reparo não havia sido efetuado corretamente. O atendente, percebendo que eu não sabia de fato como o reparo havia sido realizado, me mostrou que o furo estava abaixo do serviço realizado na parte exterior e, que portanto, o pneu havia furado novamente, que se eu quisesse poderia pagar um novo reparo para o pneu. Após levar o pneu em outra borracharia, fui informada que o furo estava no reparo realizado (um reparo que era bem maior internamente) e que o correto para o rasgo que o pneu sofreu, não seria realizar reparo algum e, sim me orientar a trocar o pneu para que pudesse rodar em segurança.
Tive que voltar pela quinta vez na borracharia e ouvir de um atendente que "Deve ter ocorrido alguma infiltração" enquanto o outro insistia que "O furo não estava no reparo realizado" para conseguir o meu dinheiro de volta. No final, gastei um monte em gasolina e me foi prestado um desserviço, pois tive que trocar o pneu que nem deveria ter sido reparado inicialmente.

The next day when I went out with the car, the tire was on the floor. I took him to the tire repair shop to request reimbursement, as the repair had not been carried out correctly. The attendant, realizing that I did not really know how the repair had been carried out, showed me that the puncture was below the service performed on the outside and, therefore, the tire had punctured again, that if I wanted I could pay for a new repair. for the tire. After taking the tire to another tire shop, I was informed that the puncture was in the repair done (a repair that was much bigger internally) and that the correct one for the tear that the tire suffered, would not be to carry out any repair, but to guide me to change it the tire so that it could run safely.
I had to go back to the tire shop for the fifth time and hear from an attendant that "There must have been some infiltration" while the other insisted that "The hole was not in the repair done" to get my money back. In the end, I spent a lot on gasoline and was given a disservice, as I had to change the tire that shouldn't even have been repaired initially.
