A atendente que recebeu a ligação informou que demoraria de 40 a 50 minutos para entrega.
Às 00:50 entramos em contato novamente para verificar se demoraria muito para chegar a pizza e então que descobrimos que não receberíamos o pedido, pois a atendente disse que havia acabado a massa da pizza. Quando questionamos sobre ela não ter nos avisado, apenas fomos respondidos com "Ah eu esqueci".
Fico indignada com o péssimo atendimento, falta de comprometimento, responsabilidade e atenção.
Esperar tanto tempo com o pedido já feito para descobrir que não chegaria. E só foi descoberto porque NÓS entramos em contato.
Um absurdo não terem nem nos avisado sobre.
 We placed an order for 2 pizzas at 23:30.
The attendant who received the call said it would take 40 to 50 minutes for delivery.
At 00:50 we got in touch again to check if it would take a long time to get the pizza and then we found out that we wouldn't receive the order, because the attendant said they had run out of pizza dough. When we asked about her not letting us know, we were only answered with "Oh I forgot".
I am outraged by the poor service, lack of commitment, responsibility and attention.
Waiting so long with the order already placed to find it wouldn't arrive. And it was only discovered because WE got in touch.
It's absurd that they didn't even warn us about it.

Ela fechou nosso pedido com as duas pizzas, e confirmou que o motoqueiro traria de 40 a 50 minutos. Ficamos esperando...
Quando deu 00h50... mandamos mensagem por whats para confirmar.
A atendente respondeu que nao estavam mais atendendo.
Liguei na hora para entender melhor.
A mesma atendente de antes respondeu:
"Ah... eh que a massa acabou"
Eu:
"Mas voces nem se quer avisam?"
Ela:
"É que eu esqueci"
E essa foi a péssima experiência de atendimento com eles.
Nao recomendo a ninguém passar por isso. Obrigado por ler e espero ter ajudado.

When it was 00:50... we sent a message by whats to confirm.
The attendant replied that they were no longer attending.
I called right away to get a better understanding.
The same attendant as before replied:
"Ah... hey, the dough is over"
I:
"But you don't even want to warn each other?"
Is it over there:
"I forgot"
And that was the bad service experience with them.
