★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo! O proprietário não sabe atender. Precisei trocar uma agulha que foi comprada com numeração errada. Comprei na quarta e fui trocar na sexta. Na quinta o estabelecimento não abriu. Ao perguntar o motivo de não trocar agulhas, o proprietário disse nervoso “Pq não troca!”. Ele poderia ter dado algum argumento, até mesmo inventado. A meu ver a falta de argumento soou como um “não quero”. Espero que aproveitem esse momento para melhorar. Mas não recomendo a loja.
Lousy service! The owner does not know how to answer. I had to change a needle that was purchased with the wrong number. I bought it on Wednesday and changed it on Friday. On Thursday the establishment did not open. When asked why he didn't change needles, the owner said nervously “Why don't you change!”. He could have given an argument, even made it up. In my view the lack of argument sounded like "I don't want to". I hope you enjoy this moment to improve. But I don't recommend the store.
