★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência péssima, a pizza veio com os sabores misturados, extremamente fina, a 4 queijos não tinha recheio algum, pedi 1 sabor de marguerita e veio apenas 1 fatia do sabor. Não recomendo!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pizza muito boa, porém, funcionários desatentos. Já frequentou o lugar várias vezes, em duas delas, precisei pagar uma pizza a mais por falta de atenção das funcionárias que registraram o pedido errado (para que elas não pagassem por isso, eu resolvi pagar).

Vc liga para pedir um pizza, a atendente para de falar com vc para atender outra pessoa, ligam dizendo que a pizza está saindo e demora mais de 1 hora para chegar.
Se for fazer o consumo presencial eu recomendo agora delivery não aconselho ninguém.
This is the best pizza in Lauro de Freitas, but it has the worst service in the entire metropolitan area of SSA.
You call to order a pizza, the attendant stops talking to you to meet someone else, they call saying the pizza is leaving and it takes more than 1 hour to arrive.
If you are going to do face-to-face consumption I recommend delivery now, I don't advise anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peço sempre pelo delivery e o serviço é otimo. Pizza saborosa, chega quentinha, recheios bem elaborados e o melhor de tudo, em aproximadamente 20 min entregam! Super recomendo.
I always ask for delivery and the service is great. Tasty pizza, it arrives warm, well-prepared fillings and best of all, in approximately 20 min deliver! I highly recommend it.

Cheguei. Tinha gente comendo na mesa. E a atendente informou que só estava saindo retirada. Nunca mais votarei meus pés. As 100 pessoas que já indiquei..vou fazer o favor de falar pra todas novamente que não comprem.
Service is terrible. It was the best pizza in Lauro de Freitas. Today is the worst. The bananas are delivered ... a bunch of rude kids taking up table space. And they just want to deliver it now. I arrived. People were eating at the table. And the attendant said that she was just leaving. I will never vote my feet again. The 100 people that I already indicated ... I will do the favor to tell everyone again that they do not buy.

É um dos piores atendimentos que já tive a experiência. Sempre que realizava o pedido demorava entre 1 hora a uma hora e meia para poder chegar.
A última experiência com certeza será a última, depois de 1 hora e meia de atraso a pizza chegou errada, liguei pra reclamar com fome, aborrecido solicitei pra falar com gerente e demonstrar o meu descontentamento...esse me tratou muito mal, se achando no direito de me dizer desaforo. É um desrespeito, era cliente antigo. Estragou um dia animado não só o meu mais de toda a família, a raiva foi tanta que a raiva superou a fome. Devolvi as duas pizzas e solicitei meu reembolso.

It is disrespectful, he was an old customer. It spoiled a lively day not only my most of the whole family, the anger was so great that the anger overcame the hunger. I returned both pizzas and asked for my refund.
