★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A vet é simpática, mais não parece ter tanto conhecimento, passou a impressão q minha cachorra estava vem e no mesmo dia veio a óbito. Não recomendo.
The vet is friendly, but does not seem to have much knowledge, the impression that my dog was coming and died the same day. I do not recommend.

Quando soube que abriu essa loja ,de pet shopping e veterinária ,levei ele para um banho de aí fiz a consulta ,ela a Veterinária Ana Cláudia Melim ,medicou e foi como se tirasse com a mão.
Quero agradecer por sua excelente pessoa e médica veterinária ,pelo atendimento completo ,não sei nem como agradecer.
Recomendo sempre para amigos ,que levam seus pets lá e voltam satisfeitos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Total despreparo. Cheguei com meu gatinho em estado de choque e nem sequer prestaram primeiros socorros. Simplesmente me mandaram ir pra outra clínica. Como pode um lugar que se diz clínica veterinária não saber lidar com um animal em emergência?? Está mais pra casa de ração do que pra clínica ?
Total unpreparedness. I arrived with my kitten in shock and they didn't even provide first aid. They just told me to go to another clinic. How can a place that says veterinary clinic does not know how to deal with an animal in emergency? It's more for the ration house than the clinic ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo. Fazem a tosa totalmente diferente do que você pede. Mesmo com a foto de referência da altura do pelo que você quer para o cachorro, eles raspam tudo, deixando a pele e uma camada super rala de pelo. Não pedem desculpas e falam que é assim mesmo. Péssimo.
I do not recommend. They do the grooming totally different from what you ask for. Even with the reference photo of the length of fur you want for the dog, they shave it all off, leaving the skin and a super thin layer of fur. They don't apologize and say that's how it is. Terrible.
