★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Taxa de entrega abusiva (15 reais ), meu pedido demorou 2h30 para chegar e quando finalmente foi entregue a comida estava completamente fria. Não tinha jeito de comer. Liguei na loja 2x . 1 para reclamar da demora e outra para falar do estado em que minha comida chegou. Não fizeram absolutamente nada. Paguei 31 reais em um sanduíche que tive que jogar fora. ABSURDO !
 Abusive delivery fee (15 reais), my order took 2h30 to arrive and when it was finally delivered the food was completely cold. There was no way to eat. I called at the store 2x. 1 to complain about the delay and another to talk about the state my food arrived. They did absolutely nothing. I paid 31 reais for a sandwich that I had to throw away. ABSURD!

Sem contar que todas as fotos que eles colocam na página não são deles. Eles copiam as fotos de hamburgueres de outras lanchonetes. Já denunciei, mas mesmo assim eles se recusaram a apagar as fotos. Copiaram várias fotos da lanchonete da minha amiga que eu também sou cliente @saborcariocalanches_ se eu fosse vocês processava eles por plágio, uso indevido de imagem e direitos autorais, pois eles não deram os créditos a vocês pelas fotos e também se recusaram a apagar. Eu como cliente jamais confiaria comprar em uma lanchonete que copia fotos de outros perfis.
POOR QUALITY!
Not to mention that all the photos they put on the page are not theirs. They copy pictures of hamburgers from other diners. I already denounced it, but they still refused to delete the photos. They copied several photos of my friend's cafeteria, which I am also a customer @saborcariocalanches_ if I were you, I would sue them for plagiarism, misuse of image and copyright, as they did not give you credit for the photos and also refused to delete it. I, as a customer, would never trust buying in a cafeteria that copies photos from other profiles.

Eles usam fotos que roubam de outros perfis. Utilizaram fotos do perfil da @saborcariocalanches sem o consentimento deles, ao descobrir a lanchonete pediu encarecidamente que eles apagassem a foto e a resposta deles foi “DEPOIS EU VEJO, NÃO TENHO TEMPO PRA ISSO” em seguida bloquearam do WhatsApp. Baita absurdo! Falta de profissionalismo. Plágio !
ABSURD!
They use photos that they steal from other profiles. They used profile pictures of @saborcariocalanches without their consent, upon discovering the cafeteria he asked them to erase the photo and their response was “AFTER I SEE, I DON'T HAVE TIME FOR THAT” then blocked it from WhatsApp. Huge nonsense! Lack of professionalism. Plagiarism!
