★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 50 minutos para vir uma caipirinha, e depois de ficar esperando uma hora uma porção de picanha no alho, o garçom vem falar que não deram baixa no sistema que não tinha picanha, e o proprietário falou para o garçom para ele resolver pois ele que era o garçom.. lamentável, uma hora e vinte no local e sai com fome e ainda tive que ver os desmandos do proprietário

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima organização, oferecem o cardápio com diversas opções, quando cheguei lá me disseram que para a minha pessoa tinha disponível apenas Amstel e Brahma por ser em lata, pelas outras cervejas serem engarrafadas em vidro, não podíamos consumir, mas alguns “clientes da casa” que estavam na mesa do lado podiam, excessão também se comprar combo, que aí pode consumir na garrafa, totalmente injusto com os clientes, primeira e última vez que vou, nunca mais volto e não recomendo nem de graça!!!!
O garçom nos trouxe uma porção e não tinha garfo, e ele nós mandou comer de colher kkk.
Muito despreparados!!!
Terrible organization, they offer a menu with several options, when I got there I was told that for me there was only Amstel and Brahma available because it was canned, because the other beers were bottled in glass, we could not consume it, but some "house customers" that were at the table next to it could, except also if you buy combo, which then you can consume in the bottle, totally unfair to the customers, first and last time I go, I'll never come back and I don't recommend it for free!!!!
The waiter brought us a portion and he didn't have a fork, and he ordered us to eat with a spoon.
Very unprepared!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento terrível, atendentes retiram latas e copos da mesa sem ter terminado de consumir, fora o valor da taxa de garçom que eles cobram 10% em cima de cada produto. Sabemos que essa taxa o consumidor não é obrigado a pagar. Pedimos uma porção de frango, sem brincadeira nenhuma, só tinha osso! Entretanto a banda foi excelente pessoal animado.
Terrible service, attendants remove cans and glasses from the table without having finished consuming, besides the value of the waiter fee that they charge 10% on each product. We know that the consumer is not required to pay this fee. We ordered a portion of chicken, no kidding, just bone! However the band was excellent and lively.
