★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, eu mandei um pedido bem claro dizendo o que eu queria e falando ainda a forma de pagamento, e o Bruno que me atendeu me disse depois de uma hora que estava esperando eu confirmar, sendo que o meu pedido já estava claro falando o que eu queria, eles só me avisaram por que eu perguntei!! Não indico NÃO É A PRIMEIRA VEZ QUE ELES FALHAM COMIGO, e no local de trab que eu estou! São péssimos!!
Terrible service, I sent a very clear request saying what I wanted and still speaking the form of payment, and Bruno who answered me told me after an hour that he was waiting for me to confirm, and my request was already clear speaking the I wanted, they just let me know why I asked !! I do not indicate IT IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THEY FAIL WITH ME, AND IN THE WORKPLACE I AM! They are terrible !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei ao local e fiz o pedido de uma marmita de churrasco. Cheguei inclusive a perguntar pro atendente que tipo de carne viria na marmita e ele me falou que seria Alcatra. Quando chego no serviço pra comer, não tinha 1 pedaço se quer de carne. Liguei para o restaurante crente de que haviam esquecido de colocar a carne, mas na verdade o atendente me disse que não colocaram porque a Carne havia acabado. Exatamente isso que vocês leram, a carne havia acabado. Me venderam uma marmita de churrasco, mas sem o churrasco. Parece até piada. Porque não me informaram que não havia mais carne? Pra que fazer o cliente esperar 20 minutos pra comer uma marmita de arroz com feijão e farofa? O maior descaso que já passei na vida. Depois tentaram justificar dizendo que era uma opção do restaurante chamado "almocinho", sendo que deixei claro que queria CHURRASCO!!! Que mundo esse pessoal do império da comida vive que entende que Churrasco vai tudo menos a carne? Fim do mundo. Nunca mais compro marmita nesse lugar. Já informei a todos os meus familiares, amigos e colegas de trabalho que não comprem também. Pena que a avaliação mínima é 1 estrela, porque esse lugar vale menos que 1 estrela.
Não recomendo o lugar, a menos que queiram ser enganados!!!
I arrived at the place and ordered a barbecue lunch. I even asked the attendant what kind of meat would come in the lunchbox and he told me it would be Alcatra. When I arrive at the service to eat, I didn't have 1 piece of meat. I called the restaurant believing that they had forgotten to put the meat, but in fact the attendant told me that they did not put it because the meat had run out. Exactly what you read, the meat was gone. They sold me a barbecue lunch box, but without the barbecue. It sounds like a joke. Why didn't they tell me that there was no more meat? Why make the customer wait 20 minutes to eat a rice lunch with beans and farofa? The biggest neglect I've ever been through. Then they tried to justify saying that it was an option of the restaurant called "lunch", and I made it clear that I wanted BBQ !!! What world do these people from the food empire live in who understand that Churrasco is anything but meat? End of the world. I never buy lunchbox in that place again. I have already informed all my family, friends and co-workers not to buy too. Too bad the minimum rating is 1 star, because this place is worth less than 1 star.
I don't recommend the place, unless you want to be scammed !!!
