★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência foi horrível péssimo atendimento moça grossa demora pra responder 1 pergunta atendimentor no natal um caos fui fazer o pedido e no final o valor não batia me cobraram a mais fui questionaR o motivo .
Ela me responde que por ser natal e tinha que pagar os funcionários tavam cobrando mais caro. Não vejo problema em pagar 5 reais a mais. O problema foi a grosseria e a falta de comunicação . Segundo a moça ela não precisava me explicar nada.

Cancelei o pedido e mesmo assim 5 min depois a pizza estava aki .não recebi.
Detestei o atendimento. Já a pizza não tenho opinião já que nunca comi e não pedirei nunca mais.
 My experience was horrible, very bad service, lady delay to answer 1 question attendant at Christmas chaos I went to place the order and in the end the value didn't match I was charged more I questioned the reason.
She answers me that because it was Christmas and had to pay the employees were charging more. I have no problem paying 5 reais more. The problem was rudeness and lack of communication. According to the girl, she didn't need to explain anything to me.

I canceled the order and even then 5 min later the pizza was here. I didn't receive it.
I hated the service. As for pizza, I have no opinion as I have never eaten and will never order again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A qualidade das pizzas é excelente, o atendimento também, apenas viagem, com variedade de refrigerante, não posso esquecer que tem um beirute muito bom, próximo pedido serão os pastéis, mas se forem com a mesma qualidade das pizzas e beirute, sei que não irei me arrepender.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realizei um pedido pelo app e a previsão de entrega era de 1 hora entrega prevista para 22:06 a 22:16, porem só recebi a pizza às 23:10 com 1 hora de atraso fora a 1 hora já prevista, entrei em contato 2 vzs pelo chat e só respondiam que já estava chegando, pizza chegou gelada, pelas avaliações lidas são acostumados a fazerem isso com os clientes. Não realizo mais pedidos nessa pizzaria.
I placed an order through the app and the delivery forecast was 1 hour delivery scheduled for 22:06 to 22:16, but I only received the pizza at 23:10 with 1 hour late out of the 1 hour already scheduled, I contacted 2 vzs through the chat and they only replied that it was already arriving, pizza arrived cold, according to the reviews read, they are used to doing this with customers. I no longer order from this pizzeria.

Pela segunda vez consecutiva tive problema no aplicativo e ao ligar eles simplesmente avisa que nao Há mas uma promoção oferecida pelo app. E alias pizza veio errada pa segunda vez, consecutiva. Procurei o Cnpj da empresa para fazer uma reclamação no reclame aqui e não achei! É uma pena mas nao indico a mais ninguem
The pizzeria has a great quality, but a huge lack of respect for me. I am a customer since 2019 and in the last orders I felt extremely offended. For the second time in a row I had a problem with the app and when I turn on they simply let me know that there is no promotion offered by the app. And by the way, pizza came wrong for the second time in a row. I looked for the company's Cnpj to make a complaint in the claim here and I didn't find it! It's a shame but I don't recommend anyone else
