★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei para a loja hoje, falei com uma pessoa que não se identificou mas atendeu o telefone perguntando com quem eu gostaria de falar. Cheguei a achar que o número fosse errado. Não entendi o atendimento grosseiro e questionei, ela desligou. Liguei novamente, um homem atendeu e em ambas as vezes eu confirmei se se tratava de fato da loja e ambos confirmaram. Perguntei ao homem que apesar de eu me identificar, o mesmo não disse o nome mas afirmou ser o proprietário. Grosseiro, me gritou ao telefone perguntando qual era o problema. Ao questionar se era esse o padrão de atendimento da loja, novamente desligaram. A loja não tem nenhum comentário então espero ajudar outras pessoas a não procurarem este serviço.
I called the store today, spoke to a person who did not identify himself but answered the phone asking who I would like to speak with. I thought the number was wrong. I didn't understand the rude service and asked, she hung up. I called again, a man answered and both times I confirmed that it was indeed the store and both confirmed it. I asked the man that although I identified myself, he did not say his name but claimed to be the owner. Rude, yelled at me on the phone asking what the problem was. When asking if this was the store's standard of service, they hung up again. The store doesn't have any reviews so I hope it helps other people not to look for this service.
