★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chamei o serviço de reparo em um dia específico, não marcaram horário nenhum e chegou no fim da tarde remarcaram pro dia seguinte. No dia seguinte insisti pra ter um horário certo e só chegaram 2h30 depois. Após o serviço terminado o fogão foi deixado imundo, sendo q eu tinha limpado antes do serviço. O preço também não ajudou, acharia um preço justo se fosse um serviço bem feito o q não foi. Além de tudo na hora de pagar teve um extra de 10 reais de taxa que não tinha sido me informado até então. Fui reclamar com o atendente do wpp após o serviço e simplesmente me ignoraram, afinal o dinheiro já tava na conta né? Enfim, péssimo, não recomendo a ninguém.
I called the repair service on a specific day, they did not make an appointment and arrived in the late afternoon, rescheduled for the next day. The next day I insisted to have a right time and they only arrived 2:30 am later. After the service was finished, the stove was left filthy, and I had cleaned it before the service. The price didn't help either, I would find a fair price if it was a well done service, which it wasn't. On top of that, when paying, there was an extra 10 reais in the fee that I hadn't been informed until then. I went to complain to the wpp attendant after the service and they just ignored me, after all the money was already in the account, right? Anyway, terrible, I don't recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom dia! Fizeram o reparo pela metade, o fogão continua com defeito. A garantia de 3 meses que eles dão é inútil. Eu liguei 2 dias depois do serviço e até o momento ninguém apareceu. Cuidado com essa empresa.
Good Morning! They did the repair in half, the stove is still defective. The 3 month warranty they give is useless. I called 2 days after service and so far no one has come. Beware of this company.
