★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um pedido pelo iFood, porém o restaurante cancelou meu pedido sem me comunicar, mais de uma hora depois.
Um absurdo, eles confirmaram no aplicativo, o valor foi descontado no cartão, meu cupom foi utilizado, o pedido inclusive constou como se tivesse saido para entrega, porém, após um tempo de atrasado, eu tive que entrar em contato com o restaurante e, para minha surpresa, fui informado que meu pedido tinha sido cancelado "por não fazer parte da rota de entrega".
Um completo absurdo, o iFood deveria melhorar sua política de inclusão e chutar lanchonetes e restaurantes medíocres como esse que não tem um pingo de respeito com o consumidor.
Péssimo restaurante, não respeitam o cliente e são extremamente desorganizados.
I placed an order for iFood, but the restaurant canceled my order without telling me more than an hour later.
An absurd, they confirmed in the application, the amount was discounted on the card, my coupon was used, the request even consisted as if it had left for delivery, however, after a late time I had to contact the restaurant and, to my surprise, I was informed that my order had been canceled "for not being part of the delivery route".
A complete nonsense, iFood should improve its inclusion policy and kick out diners and mediocre restaurants like this that have no respect for the consumer.
Terrible restaurant, do not respect the customer and are extremely disorganized.

Péssimo atendimento, alegando o atendente, que o sanduíche teria que ser reclamado na hora.
Chegou frio, sem gosto e sem direito a reclamação

Falta de respeito com o consumidor.
Fizemos um pedido pelo ifood e após uma hora e meia e através de reclamações com o SAC do ifood o pedido foi cancelado, porém o valor do lanche foi descontado e só receberei o reembolso daqui a 30 dias.
Podem fechar as portas!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ atendimento totalmente ridículo, trata o cliente como lixo, fiz um pedido via ifood aguardei mais de 1h, foi notificado que o pedido tinha saído para entrega e após mais 15 min informaram que não iriam entregar, pedi pelo cancelamento e o proprietário se recusou a cancelar o pedido falando " NÃO É NO TEMPO DO SR NÃO".. nesse ritmo vai longe, parabéns aos envolvidos!
totally ridiculous service, treats the customer like garbage, I placed an order via ifood, I waited more than 1 hour, I was notified that the order had gone out for delivery and after another 15 min they informed that they would not deliver, I asked for cancellation and the owner refused to cancel the request saying "IT'S NOT IN MR'S TIME NO".. at this rate it goes far, congratulations to those involved!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Total desrespeito na entrega. Nunca paguem por PIX, com o dinheiro na conta precisa implorar para q chegue. E o pior, quando consegue contato, colocam a culpa no motoboy q acaba ouvindo as nossas insatisfações.
Total disregard for delivery. Never pay for PIX, with the money in the account you have to beg for it to arrive. And the worst, when they get in touch, they blame the motoboy who ends up listening to our dissatisfaction.
