★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O preço cobrado aqui foi menos da metade do que foi cobrado em empresa concorrente, no mesmo bairro. Vidro com as mesmas especificações, mesma qualidade. Ou seja, ótimo preço. Só não dei 5 estrelas pq os funcionários da expedição/entrega de materiais não estavam usando máscaras, expondo os clientes ao risco de transmissão do Covid.
 The price charged here was less than half that charged at a competitor in the same neighborhood. Glass with the same specifications, same quality. That is, great price. I just didn't give 5 stars because the material dispatch / delivery employees weren't wearing masks, exposing customers to the risk of Covid transmission.

Levei um vidro de uma cristaleira como molde para fazer um igual (deixei o vidro lá), me deram 2 dias e quando fui pegar o vidro que eles fizeram estava com a ponta trincada, com isso mais 2 dias, quando fui pegar veio com espessura era menor, reclamei tive que pagar a diferença para espessura maior e mais 2 dias, falei do erro e da urgência, me prometeram pro dia seguinte, chegando lá o cara que corta estava doente e não foi trabalhar, no outro dia ele foi e a máquina quebrou...
E assim já se foi quase 2 semanas.

I took a glass from a china cabinet as a mold to make a similar one (I left the glass there), they gave me 2 days and when I went to get the glass they made it had a cracked edge, with that for another 2 days, when I went to get it it came with thickness it was smaller, I complained, I had to pay the difference for greater thickness and 2 more days, I spoke about the error and the urgency, they promised me the next day, when the guy who cuts was sick and did not go to work, the next day he went and machine broke...
And so it's been almost 2 weeks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O vidro é barato, mas o atendimento é absolutamente deficiente e prejudicial ao cliente. Por telefone é um valor, no balcão é outro, com cadastro é outro, sem explicação clara e prévia. Incluíram valores na nota como "molde" sem prévio aviso e explicação. Sendo que em outros atendimentos idênticos e com o mesmo produto, não cobraram. Questionados, explicaram porcamente e sem o menor sentido. Enfim, precisam revisar urgentemente todo o processo de atendimento telefônico e do balcão de vendas, que hoje além de tudo
é ruim e antipático. Os rapazes da produção e entrega são solícitos, gentis e educados, por isso UMA estrela, senão daria zero.

E cortaram errado 1cm sem saber, quando fui colocar quebrou e cortou minha mão! Funcionários com muita má vontade de te atender! Nunca mais piso nesse lugar!
