★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima loja. Entregaram meu painel todo danificado. Somente depois de ir ao Procon retiraram para troca. Já se passou um mês desde então e ainda não me entregaram um novo painel. Atendentes e o responsável pela loja só sabem enrolar dando uma desculpa atrás da outra e zero boa vontade em solucionar o problema.
Bad store. They delivered my panel all damaged. Only after going to Procon did they withdraw for exchange. It's been a month since then and they still haven't given me a new panel. Attendants and the store manager only know how to roll, giving one excuse after another and zero willingness to solve the problem.

Estou terminando de pagar e até hoje a empresa não me entregou o produto e sequer entrou em contato comigo para me dar explicações. Cansei de ligar e me estressar e agora estou aguardando audiência pois infelizmente tive que acionar a justiça.
I made a purchase 8 months ago and my installments were discounted every month since I bought in 10 installments. I'm finishing paying and to this day the company hasn't delivered the product to me and hasn't even contacted me to give me an explanation. I'm tired of calling and stressing and now I'm waiting for a hearing because unfortunately I had to go to court.
