★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contratei o serviço de instalação de persianas para sacada, produto foi instalado com tamanho errado, ficando boa parte do vidro sem cobertura.
Falaram que retornariam para arrumar, fiquei mais de 4 sábados aguardando o tecnico e sempre existia um imprevisto. Responsavel falou que se não voltassem para arrumar, iriam estornar meu pagamento, já se passou meses e estou sem uma persiana decente e sem meu dinheiro. Ainda nao retornam meu contato, ligações e etc.
I hired the balcony blinds installation service, the product was installed with the wrong size, leaving a good part of the glass without covering.
They said they would return to clean up, I spent more than 4 Saturdays waiting for the technician and there was always something unforeseen. Responsible said that if they didn't come back to clean up, they would reverse my payment, it's been months and I'm without a decent blind and without my money. They still don't return my contact, calls, etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eles falam que não atende consumidor final, fala que só vende pra lojistas para revender. Mas já 3 pessoas que me pediu orçamento de persiana falou tinha achado um valor bem mais em conta e eu pedi pra ver o orçamento era deles império das persianas. Isso é injusto como vcs quer que eu revenda seu produto se pra consumidor final vcs vende com o mesmo preço de lojista.
Para consumidor final vcs tinha que vender mais caro ou passar mais barato para lojista.
Lojistas não compre de fornecedor que faz isso. Comprem de fabrica Seria !!
Eu nunca mais revendo persianas de vcs !!!
They say they don't serve final consumers, they say they only sell to storeowners to resell. But already 3 people who asked me for a blinds budget said I had found a much more affordable value and I asked to see the budget was their empire of blinds. This is unfair as you want me to resell your product if you sell to the end consumer at the same retailer price.
For the final consumer, you had to sell more expensive or spend it cheaper for the shopkeeper.
Shopkeepers do not buy from a supplier that does this. Buy from manufactures Seria !!
I will never review your blinds again !!!
