★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo! POUQUÍSSIMAS variedades de pizza, o intervalo de uma pizza para outra é de aproximadamente 20 a 25 minutos. Apenas uma funcionária servindo. Não tinha nem ketchup. A pizza em si não é das piores, entretanto os únicos sabores servidos foi bacon, mussarela com alho, presunto, calabresa e portuguesa. O valor do rodízio não é em conta, fiquei 1:30h no estabelecimento e comi apenas 5 pedaços de pizza.
Terrible! LITTLE varieties of pizza, the interval from one pizza to another is approximately 20 to 25 minutes. Only one employee serving. I didn't even have ketchup. The pizza itself is not the worst, however the only flavors served were bacon, mozzarella with garlic, ham, pepperoni and Portuguese. The value of the carvery is not taken into account, I stayed at 1:30 am at the establishment and ate only 5 pieces of pizza.

Não posso culpar a atendente pq ela cumpre ordens
Mas constrangeram minha filha de 6 anos
Eu fui com minhas 2 filhas uma tem 3 anos pode comer grátis
Como eu não iria pagar pra ela não comer
Decidi dividir o meu afinal estava pagando
O dono arrogante disse que eu não poderia dividir cm a minha filha que já começou a chorar.
No final eu ainda não comi nada e paguei 30 reais um absurdo... Cuidado galera
Bad experience never come back and I don't recommend it, I've been to restaurants in Petrópolis that are very sophisticated but the service was not as bad as this mini pizzeria
I can't blame the attendant because she follows orders
But they embarrassed my 6-year-old daughter
I went with my 2 daughters one is 3 years old can eat free
How I wouldn't pay her not to eat
I decided to split mine after all it was paying
The arrogant owner said that I could not share with my daughter who has already started to cry.
In the end I still didn't eat anything and I paid 30 reais an absurd ... Beware guys

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mto ruim.... De rodízio não tem nada... Ofereceram 3 pedaços somente... Pedi a conta devido ao mal atendimento alegando eles, que tinha terminado a muçarela e que iriam entregar. Não deveriam nem ter cobrado, mas ainda cobraram pelos pedaços que comi.... RIDÍCULO.
QUEM NÃO TEM COMPETÊNCIA NÃO SE ESTABELECE!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente uma experiência não muito boa, má logística e pouco entendimento com relação a palavra "Rodízio", com demora excessiva entre uma pizza e outra.
Única coisa satisfatória foi o atendimento, onde de fato são pessoas que não tem culpa perante a má logística estabelecida pelos donos.
Mas com esse post eu não venho afim de denigrir a imagem do estabelecimento, mas sim que melhore a sua forma de trabalhar e consequentemente atrair novos clientes.
Aqui dou fim a minha publicação!
Unfortunately a not very good experience, bad logistics and little understanding regarding the word "Rodízio", with excessive delay between one pizza and another.
The only satisfactory thing was the service, where in fact they are people who are not to blame for the bad logistics established by the owners.
But with this post I do not come to denigrate the image of the establishment, but to improve the way you work and consequently attract new customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da primeira vez que fui, fomos muito bem atendidos, mas desta vez o dono/gerente estava organizando o salão e foi muito grosso ao receber uma reclamação de uma amiga, no final tentou se desculpar culpando um dos empregados ao invés de assumir sua grosseria. As pizzas são boas, vários sabores e refrigerantes inclusos, mas o atendimento me faz não querer voltar nunca mais.
EDIT após a resposta do proprietário: o pedido da minha amiga era pra virar a mesa pois os garçons estavam tropeçando na cadeira dela que estava no meio do caminho, o dono disse que não poderia, mas ia trocar a gente de lugar, logo em seguida chegou outro grupo ele colocou na mesa do lado e virou a mesa, exatamente o que disse pra gente que não poderia fazer. Agora olhem o print da resposta que ele dá, me digam se é grosseiro ou não?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive uma boa experiência nesse estabelecimento. A pizza é muito saborosa. Não há muita variedade e sabores, mas as principais como frango c/ catupiry, calabresa, queijo e presunto, etc. Refrigerante é incluso, não sendo refil e sim a garrafa msm.
O ambiente em si é bem agradável. O desconforto fica msm só pelo espaço que é estreito. Consequentemente, logo a casa fica cheia e você precisa esperar por longos minutos até uma mesa ser liberada.
Concluindo, para o preço de 20 reais, com refrigerante incluso, é uma excelente lugar para degustar uma boa pizza.

The environment itself is very pleasant. The discomfort is only due to the space that is narrow. Consequently, the house soon becomes full and you have to wait for long minutes until a table is cleared.
In conclusion, for the price of 20 reais, with soda included, it is an excellent place to enjoy a good pizza.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito bom,pizza muito saborosa tanto salgada quanto a doce. Tem uma boa variedade, menor preço da cidade, tem possibilidade de ter refrigerante ou suco ou os dois. Lugar aconchegante e no centro da cidade. Atendentes muito prestativas e rapidez no atendimento. Muita gente reclama pois infelizmente não se tem mais tolerância em situações onde existem problemas. Mas eu adorei e irei muitas outras vezes. Recomendo a todos. A única mudança que acho que pode ser boa é incluir mais marcas de cerveja e chopp.
