★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ficaram de entregar os itens comprados em 25 dias e demoraram mais de 2 meses. Hum item foi entregue e devolveram o $ do outro. Grande desgaste, tive que procurar meios judiciais para resolver.
They were to deliver the items purchased in 25 days and took more than 2 months. One item was delivered and the other's $ was returned. Great wear and tear, I had to look for judicial means to resolve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paguei por meus móveis a vista no dia 23/12/2020 e até a presente data 25/02/2021 não haviam entregue todos. Entregaram metade ontem e a decepção foi maior que o tempo e o aborrecimento que estamos passando.
I paid for my furniture in cash on 12/23/2020 and until the present date 2/25/2021 had not delivered all. Half of them were delivered yesterday and the disappointment was greater than the time and boredom we are experiencing.

São completamente desorganizados! Entregaram os produtos mal acabados, com o pé arranhado que nós mesmos teremos que pintar. Isso porque são produtos caríssimos e atrasaram uma eternidade para entregar!NÃO INDICO A NINGUÉM!
JUST BUY IN THIS STORE IF YOU WANT TO PASS ANGER! I gave it a star because Google doesn’t allow zeroing! Compramos móveis pro réveillon, para serem entregues em 19 de dezembro de 2020. Até hoje, meio de abril os móveis não foram entregues. Em determinado momento não atendiam mais os telefones, não retornavam as mensagem, depois de muita ameaça responderam e marcaram mais uma vez a entrega, não cumpriram, remarcaram de novo e não cumpriram. São totalmente desorganizados, sem preparo algum pra atender o público. É um estresse terrível. Vá em outras lojas mas nunca compre no império rústico.
DO NOT BUY IN THIS STORE.
We bought furniture for New Year's Eve, to be delivered on December 19, 2020. Until today, mid-April the furniture has not been delivered. At a certain point they no longer answered the phones, they did not return the messages, after a lot of threat they answered and made an appointment again for delivery, did not comply, rescheduled again and did not comply. They are totally disorganized, without any preparation to serve the public. It is a terrible stress. Go to other stores but never shop in the rustic empire.

Terrible attendance. Poorly finished table. Bad delivery. If you want a headache, buy from them. I don't recommend it to anyone.
