★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma decepção o serviço de lavandarei. Não recomendo. Sou recém casado e contratei a empresa para lavar jogos de cama e banho praticamente novos, alguns se quer eu tinha usado. O resultado foram várias peças manchadas. Sem falar que várias peças de roupas estavam amassadas. E PARA PIORAR ENTREGARAM PEÇAS DE ROUPAS QUE NÃO ERAM MINHAS. Absurdo!!!
 A disappointment the laundry service. I do not recommend. I am just married and hired the company to wash bedding and bath sets almost new, some if I had used. The result was several stained pieces. Not to mention that several pieces of clothing were wrinkled. AND TO WORSE, THEY DELIVERED CLOTHING PARTS THAT WERE NOT MY. Absurd!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Olha sinceramente nem cheguei a pedir o serviço, no Instagram tinha um anúncio de promoção e no whats passaram o preço tradicional, quando eu citei sobre a promoção o rpz só tirou 20,00 do preço comum,ou seja enganando os clientes.
Look honestly, I didn't even ask for the service, on Instagram I had a promotion ad and on whats passed the traditional price, when I mentioned about the promotion, the RPZ only took 20.00 off the common price, that is, deceiving customers.

Deixei meus jalecos e roupas brancas para serem lavadas e recebi uma data para receber, ao chegar no local no horário combinado para em seguida ir trabalhar soube que minhas roupas não estavam prontas. E quem trabalha na área da saúde sabe como é... Precisamos trabalhar DE BRANCO e com roupas PASSADAS. Realmente passei um aperto por mera falta de comunicação e compromisso com o horário combinado. Espero que fiquem mais atentos, desejo mudança e aprendizado quando a este ocorrido infortúnio. Vida que segue.
Honestly? I do not recommend. I left my coats and white clothes to be washed and received a date to receive, upon arriving at the place at the agreed time to go to work afterwards, I knew that my clothes were not ready. And those who work in the health area know how it is... We need to work IN WHITE and with DRESSED clothes. I really had a hard time for the mere lack of communication and commitment to the agreed time. I hope you are more attentive, I want change and learning when this misfortune has occurred. Life goes on.

De fato, não tenho nada a me queixar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não cheguei nem a usar os serviços, pois no contato que tive via whatsApp, foi péssimo. Perguntei sobre os valores, me passaram informações divergentes, e ao questionar recebi um áudio em um tom super desgradável. Vou morar em um hotel próximo por um mês, e farei questão de não indicar.
