Fiz a compra de uma balança digital de cozinha e a mesma veio quebrada, fui no local para fazer a devolução da mesma e receber o estorno do pagamento (R$32,00) ( pois já tinha comprado uma original que prestasse)
Ao chegar no estabelecimento fui atendido pelas atendentes e logo de cara avisaram que não faziam estorno, depois de muita insistência eles fizeram o estorno de 32,00 e até hoje o dinheiro não caiu na minha conta.

I bought a digital kitchen scale and it came broken, I went to the place to return it and receive a refund of the payment (R $ 32.00) (since I had already bought an original that would pay)
When I arrived at the establishment, I was attended by the attendants and right away they told me they were not making a chargeback, after much insistence they made the chargeback of 32.00 and until today the money has not fallen into my account.
