★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima. Comprei uma mala com defeito (o cadeado travou no primeiro uso) e loja se recusou a realizar a troca. A funcionária ainda insinuou que eu havia danificado o produto. A responsável nunca se encontra no local para me dar uma satisfação, além de não fornecerem nota fiscal. Conduta absurda e desrespeitosa com o consumidor. Tentarei resolver meu problema com o fabricante, caso não consiga irei procurar o Procon.
Terrible. I bought a defective suitcase (the lock locked on first use) and shop refused to perform the exchange. The employee even implied that I had damaged the product. The person in charge is never on site to give me a satisfaction, besides not providing invoice. Absurd and disrespectful conduct with the consumer. I will try to solve my problem with the manufacturer, if I can't find Procon.
