 Bad experience. They sell the wrong part and the Sales Manager Rogério doesn't solve anything. I took a huge loss.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima. O funcionário Handerson vendeu uma homocinética errada pro meu mecânico e não fez a troca pela correta. Com isto o ABS do meu carro não aciona colocando a todos aqui em casa em risco.?
Awful. Employee Handerson sold a wrong CV to my mechanic and didn't replace it with the correct one. With this, my car's ABS does not activate, putting everyone here at home at risk.?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vendedor Handerson me vendeu uma peça errada e não fez a troca, o gerente de venda de peças Fábio disse que iria resolver e nada resolveu depois de passados meses e o proprietário não aceitou minhas ligações e nem em me receber, pois alegou através de seu interlocutor que “se o gerente não resolveu não seria ele que resolveria, pois paga funcionários pra isto”. Argumentei ao gerente se eles não respeitavam o Código de Defesa do Consumidor, e ele disse que “isto não serve pra nada”, nos ponha na justiça, e acrescentou um “kkkk”
Handerson seller sold me a wrong part and didn't make the exchange, the parts sales manager Fábio said he would solve it and nothing solved it after months and the owner didn't accept my calls nor to receive me, because he claimed through his interlocutor that “if the manager didn't solve it, he wouldn't solve it, because he pays employees for this”. I argued to the manager if they did not respect the Consumer Defense Code, and he said that “this is useless”, bring us to justice, and added a “lol”

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia 20/10/2021 comprei um reservatório de água do prisma 2014 junto com a tampa, 2 meses depois fui completar o aditivo do reservatório e a tampa não saiu saiu a parte superior e a inferior ficou agarrada no reservatório, no dia de hoje 03/03/2022 o reservatório rachou entrei em contato com a empresa me pediram para ir a empresa que o reservatório seria trocado, fui a loja não efetuaram a troca dizendo que passou da garantia, que produto e este que só aguenta 3 meses sendo que ao comprar o carro o antigo ficou comigo por 9 anos sem dar problemas só efetuei a troca por estética, empresa horrível produtos de péssima qualidade, não recomendo
On 10/20/2021 I bought a 2014 prism water reservoir along with the cap, 2 months later I went to complete the reservoir additive and the cap did not come off the top part came off and the bottom was stuck in the reservoir, today 03/03/2022 the reservoir cracked I contacted the company they asked me to go to the company that the reservoir would be exchanged, I went to the store they did not make the exchange saying that it was out of warranty, which product is this one that only lasts for 3 months and that when I bought the car, the old one stayed with me for 9 years without any problems, I just exchanged it for aesthetics, horrible company, poor quality products, I don't recommend it
