Solicitei o reparo da minha geladeira e após isso por inacreditáveis 4 vezes tiveram que retornar a minha casa, todas as 4 a noite, recolocaram gás e se foram, porém nesta ultima vez que seria a 5a em menos de 2 meses se recusou a vir, nem respondeu minhas mensagens! agora?! terça procurarei o Procon pedindo meu dinheiro devolta e reze pra eu não abrir um processo nas pequenas causas contra o dono dessa empresa! se vc tem uma vida boa e nunca soube o que é dor de cabeça e tá afim de descobrir?! essa é a empresa ideal! agora, caso contrário?! nem perca seu tempo ligando! quero meu dinheiro de volta! vamos conversa na terça! só não vou amanha prq tenho medico! me aguarde vou procurar os meios legais! não aconselho de jeito nenhum essa empresa! fujam dela! fica a dica! Agora!? A chamo carinhosamente de " Imprel-instavel "!
Horrible! I asked for my refrigerator to be repaired and after that for unbelievable 4 times they had to return to my house, every 4th night, they replaced the gas and left, but this last time, which would be the 5th in less than 2 months, refused to come, Didn't even respond to my messages! now?!
