★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O primeiro contato com a loja é excelente, arquiteto muito bem qualificado, o projeto foi muito bem feito, sempre preocupado em combinar tons de ambiente com os móveis. Não tenho o que dizer. Tornou o projeto único e exclusivo para cada nós.
Sempre proativo e pronto para atender e responder dúvidas etc.
Agora quanto a parte de montagem, que é tercerizada, eu daria duas estrelas.
A obra foi iniciada em agosto de 2018 e até o momento nao foi 100% entregue. Durante toda a montagem tive que verificar se tudo estava sendo bem feito e solicitar os ajustes necessários durante a montagem. Isto é normal, mas não senti o mesmo respaudo que o arquiteto me deu, aoenviar a biblia de alterações que eram necessárias serem efetuadas. Para o montador responsavel. Claro que em toda obra existem problemas no decorrer, e certas coisas precisam de um reparo após finalização da montagem. Mas estamos tendo uma dor de cabeça muito grande pelo fato de os "ajustes" não terem sido feitos ao finalizar de fato a montagem, pois já estamos morando no ap a 5 meses e ainda temos pendencias em aberto.
Outra revisões form feitas pela equipe antes de entregaram o projeto como feito, e mesmo assim esses “ajustes” passaram vista grossa.
O comodo que até o momento tem nos dado dor de cabeça é o closet, 3 bisitas foram feitas no ultimo mes e em nenhuma o problema foi solucionado de fato. Em todas tive que remover TUDO dos moveis, sendo que isto poderia ter sido evitado se a revisão tivesse sido bem efetuada. Um closet com 8 portas e todas as vezes ter que remover roupas etc do móvel, simplesmente para não sujar.
Em cada uma das visitas feitas o diagnostico mudava até chegarem no laudo final de "teremos que trocar as portas, porque estão tortas".
Novamente afirmo que entendo que toda obra tem seus problemas e realmente existem coisas a serem refeitas por conta de ajuste, mas a partir do momento que a troca de algo é necessária, isso deixa de ser um “ajuste” e passa a ser problema de fabricção. Termino de pagar o contrato este mes e meu probelma ainda vai segue em aberto.
Essa falta de respaldo ao cliente é o que complica. Talvez a revisão deveria ser feita por pessoas mais qualificadas para pararem de dizer que são apenas “ajustes” e identificarem o problema no momento da monategm.
Quanto a qualidade do smóveis, daria 10 estrelas. São realmente diferenciados e com um ótimo acabamento. Tudo o que o arquieto instruiu e nos mostrou em imagens 3d de fato foram entregues e os mostroarios da loja são realmente aquilo que entregam.

In each of the visits made the diagnosis changed until arriving in the final report of "we will have to change the doors, because they are crooked."
Again I say that I understand that every work has its problems and there really are things to be redone because of adjustment, but from the moment that the exchange of something is necessary, this is no longer an "adjustment" and becomes a manufacturing problem . I finish paying the contract this month and my problem is still going open.
This lack of customer support is what complicates. Perhaps the review should be done by more qualified people to stop saying that they are just "adjustments" and to identify the problem at the time of monategm.
As for the quality of the furniture, it would give 10 stars. They are really differentiated and with a great finish. Everything that the arquieto instructed and showed us in 3d images of fact was delivered and the mostroarios of the store are really what they deliver.
