Fiz um pedido para entrega na sexta-feira após as 14h conforme combinado com a representante, para atender minha demanda no domingo.
Os entregadores estavam na porta do estabelecimento sexta-feira as 7:30h, obviamente não havia ninguém para receber. Não retornaram mais e eu fiquei sem a mercadoria , sem sequer algum aviso.
Ao entrar em contato com a representante a mesma disse que nada poderia fazer visto que a empresa não funciona ao sábados.
Fiquei no prejuízo!
Ainda me enviaram o boleto para pagar uma mercadoria que não recebi!
Profissionalismo ZERO!
Terrible, lack of commitment to the consumer!
I placed an order for delivery on Friday after 2 pm as agreed with the representative, to meet my demand on Sunday.
Delivery people were at the door of the establishment on Friday at 7:30 am, obviously there was no one to receive. They never returned and I was left without the merchandise, without even any warning.
When contacting the representative, she said that she could do nothing since the company does not work on Saturdays.
I was at loss!
They even sent me the ticket to pay for merchandise I didn't receive!
ZERO professionalism!
