Poucos dias de ser informado que meu atual inquilino iria deixar meu imóvel (após período de aviso prévio), a corretora Diva já encontrou um novo inquilino e a Grazi fez o acompanhamento do recebimento da documentação. Tudo muito eficiente e bem comunicado!
The service provided by Independence Imóveis was very good! A few days after being informed that my current tenant would leave my property (after notice period), the Diva brokerage firm has already found a new tenant and Grazi has followed up on receiving the documentation. All very efficient and well communicated!

Nossa primeira experiência já foi fantástica, pois nos mudamos de outra cidade para SJC, e tivemos total atenção do corretor (Modesto), e depois de fechada a locação, toda equipe administrativa sempre nos prestou total suporte e atenção em todas as etapas. Tanto que agora estou indo para uma segunda locação com eles, e mais uma vez têm sido ótimo.

Independence and its collaborators are great! Our first experience was already fantastic, as we moved from another city to SJC, and we had the full attention of the broker (Modesto), and after closing the lease, the entire administrative team always gave us full support and attention at all stages. So much so that I'm now going on a second location with them, and once again they've been great.
