O artesanato é de preço justo.
Além das ervas , rapé e você pode se pintar e participar da dança no ritual da Aldeia.
 Village that preserves its origins.
The entrance is paid but it is worth every penny because in addition to visiting a real village, you can taste delicious fish roasted in the indigenous way.
Craftsmanship is reasonably priced.
In addition to herbs, snuff and you can paint yourself and participate in the dance in the village ritual.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Indigenous tribe Pataxó which were great warriors and fought against Xingú for thousand of years. Today the have reserves where they take care of nature and kept their culture and dialect alive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When in Porto Seguro, it is really worth to visit the Reserva Indígena da Jaqueira. I nearly cried when assistant chief Nayara shared about her tribe's history and the persecution on the Pataxó people in the early 1950's. The experience is complete with tasting local fish cooked in the Pataxó traditional way.
