★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei a máquina indiana, até aí tudo bem, o produto é excelente, sem dúvida alguma, mas o atendimento pós garantia é horrível.
Tive um problema em uma peça, mandei para arrumar na fábrica, junto pedi mais uma peça avulsa. ok .. recebi tudo certo, mas 2 semanas após o concerto a peça mostrou o mesmo problema a qual eu havia mandado consertar.
Entrei em contato falando que eu queria que separasse no boleto de pagamento, a peça que eu pedi pra consertar da outra que eu pedi avulsa, pois a que havia mandado consertar estava com o mesmo problema.
Mandei fotos novamente e me mandaram aguardar o retorno... o único retorno que recebi foi dos Correios com a carta que eu estava indo pra cartório...
I bought the Indian machine, so far so good, the product is excellent, without a doubt, but the post warranty service is horrible.
I had a problem with a part, I sent it to the factory to fix it, together I asked for another spare part. ok .. i got everything right, but 2 weeks after the concert the piece showed the same problem that i had had it fixed.
I contacted him saying that I wanted to separate in the payment slip, the part that I asked to fix from the other one that I asked for separately, because the one that I had repaired was with the same problem.
I sent photos again and they sent me to wait for the return ... the only return I received was from the Post Office with the letter I was going to the registry office ...

Após muitas tentativas de atendimento pela pessoal que vendeu aqui em Portugal, achamos que a única altenativa seria o judiciário deste país. Antes de abrir ação, fizemos uma última tentativa, direto com a fábrica e o resultado foi ótimo. Fomos atendidos hoje por whatsapp e depois em ligação, pelo técnicos da máquina Wellington, a pessoa que dá o primeiro e muito bom atendimento pelo aplicativo de mensagens e posteriormente uma técnica de alimentos, que infelizmente não recordo o nome, mas seu atendimento foi de muita importância e este grupo de três pessoas mudaram completamente a imagem desta empresa pra nós. Faremos novos testes conforme orientação recebidas hoje, mas já com a certeza que o desejo de nos ajudar a resolver está nessas pessoas. Obrigado equipe Indiana!
I live in Portugal and at the factory we have an Indiana machine. After many attempts of service by the people who sold here in Portugal, we think that the only alternative would be the judiciary of this country. Before taking action, we made one last attempt, direct with the factory and the result was great. We were served today by whatsapp and then in call by Wellington machine technicians, the person who gives the first and very good service by the messaging application and later a food technique, which unfortunately I do not remember the name, but his service was very importance and this group of three people completely changed the image of this company for us. We will retest as directed today, but we are sure that the desire to help us solve is in these people. Thank you Indiana team!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sobre máquina de salgado muito bonito as propagandas chique mas esqueceram de avisar que quando acaba a garantia não tem peça não tem representante em lugar nenhum . o meu quebrou um carvãozinho do motor do recheio tem que comprar o motor inteiro e nem tem para vender tem que mandar fazer era só um carvão e vai ficar uma fortuna por favor colocou a coisa no mercado coloca representante de todas as peças você imagina quando quebrar a bacia do cortador aonde vai achar em lugar nenhum fora com essas empresas fecha a porta não avisa e abre o outro com outro nome aqui está a minha queixa porque não tem reclama aqui mais não tem onde a gente reclamar mais e vou reclamar em toda a plataforma eu me chamo Cristina moradora de Jacareí a minha máquina tá toda gambiarrarada por falta de peça sorte que ainda sei fazer gambiarra e não é barata essa máquina na época eu paguei r$ 10.000 perdi esses 10.000 por não ter peça não tem nem como vender
