★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Porque frequento essa instituição de saúde há quase 5(cinco) anos, 3(três) vezes por semanas, às vezes mais, quando ocorre sessão extra de hemodiálise!!! A equipe é muito boa, em todos os sentidos. Daí, é tudo muito bom, PELO MENOS, ATÉ HOJE!!!
Because I go to this health institution almost 5 (five) years, 3 (three) times a week, sometimes more, when there is an extra hemodialysis session !!! The staff is very good, in every way. Hence, everything is very good, AT LEAST, UNTIL TODAY !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já fiz hemodiálise permanente e em trânsito. Ótimas instalações e quase todos os funcionários são muito educados e atenciosos, desde a portaria, recepção, técnicos e enfermeiros. A assistência social é eficiente e prestativa. Na sala de diálise, a visita de médicos, nutricionistas, psicólogos é frequente.
I have had permanent hemodialysis and in transit. Great facilities and almost all the staff are very polite and attentive, from the concierge, reception, technicians and nurses. The social assistance is efficient and helpful. In the dialysis room, the visit of doctors, nutritionists, psychologists is frequent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma clínica ótima, tem wafi grátis uma clinica nota 10 porém na minha opinião tiraram uma equipe de limpeza boa pra coloca uma equipe de limpeza ruim ?
A great clinic, there is free wafi, a clinic grade 10 but in my opinion they took a good cleaning team to put in a bad cleaning team ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz a primeira consulta onde a médica passou diversos exames o quais foram feitos porém não consigo marcar o retorno, a central de atendimento nunca atende, deixa na espera até o paciente desistir, sem falar que a vez que consegui, me informaram que a médica a qual me atendeu só teria vaga para o próximo mês eu teria que ligar que no início do mês para tentar a marcação, DIFÍCIL
I had the first appointment where the doctor underwent several tests which were done but I can't schedule the return, the call center never answers, it leaves it on hold until the patient gives up, not to mention that the time I got it, they informed me that the doctor which attended me would only have a vacancy for the next month I would have to call at the beginning of the month to try the appointment, HARD
