★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento via telefone e whats sao péssimos, estou ha mais d 30 minutos um retorno. Se o atendimento é assim imagino no consultório.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu gostei desde do atendimento hoje fiz duas extrações e o implante o dentista maravilhoso sobre o atendimento na recepção excelente meninas gostei muito eu indico, quem me indicou foi o meu gerente e não me arrependo, pois vim de outros profissionais péssimo e perdi dois dentes, então se não fosse a Inepo não iria sorrir mais, pode ser demorado mais é serviço de qualidade?
I liked since the service today I did two extractions and the implant the wonderful dentist about the service at the reception excellent girls I liked it very much I indicate, who referred me was my manager and I do not regret it, because I came from other bad professionals and lost two teeth, so if it weren't for Inepo I wouldn't smile anymore, it could be longer but it's quality service?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento...pelo zap já foi péssimo pessoalmente então tive que esperar quase duas horas p ser atendida porq marcaram rodos o mesmo horário depois havia falado que era aparelho meu caso me passaram para o clínico geral não resolvendo minha situação ...fui confirmar no zap o horário do reagendamento a pessoa q responde o zap não entendi nada o q estamos falando ...e fora minha mãe coitada fez implante já e a terceira x que quebra os dentes dela afff atenciosamente pior impossoimp
Poor care ... by the zap already was very bad in person so I had to wait almost two hours to be answered because they dialed the same time after I had said that it was a device my case passed me to the general practitioner not solving my situation ... ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui para o INEPO por indicação de um dentista conhecido. Até o momento da avaliação o atendimento foi rápido, mas daí pra frente tudo está sendo muito demorado. Optei por fazer no particular na esperança que a entrega do trabalho fosse agilizada mas na prática, isso não acontece. A profissional que faz meu atendimento é muito simpática, mas pelo que entendi cumpre os prazos que são impostos pelo Instituto. A recepção nunca dá retorno e "algumas pessoas" são bem hostis... a comunicação por parte deste setor deixa bastante a desejar.
I went to INEPO at the recommendation of a well-known dentist. Until the moment of the evaluation, the service was fast, but from then on everything is taking a long time. I chose to do it privately in the hope that the delivery of the work would be streamlined, but in practice, this does not happen. The professional who does my service is very friendly, but as I understand it, it meets the deadlines imposed by the Institute. The reception never returns and "some people" are quite hostile ... the communication on the part of this sector leaves a lot to be desired.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, desorganizados, quando vc faz a avaliação na primeira vez parece que funciona tudo certinho, não vejo a hora de terminar o tratamento para nunca mais tratar com na INEPO
Lousy service, disorganized, when you do the evaluation the first time it seems that everything works just right, I can't wait to finish the treatment and never deal with INEPO again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou indgnado com o atendimento do INEPO hj.
Marquei avaliação as 15.30hs e fiquei surpreso quando a recepcionista disse que precisava do Raio x Panorâmico pois não me foi informado no ato da lligação.
Acabei fazendo o exame.
Lembrando que agendei as 15.30hs e cheguei as 15:05 hs.
As 16:40 ainda não tinha sido atendido como tinha compromisso acabei desistindo da consulta.
E o mais triste qiando avisei as recepcionistas que iria embora elas me disseram que o dentista ja ia me chamar.
Isso após uns 5 minutos dele pegar minha ficha voltar para a sala dele e nem quer me chamou na hora que veio a recepção.
Estou nuito triste e não pretendo voltar mais no INEPO por esta falta de respeito ao paciente.
Fiz meu tratamento todo de implantes no Inepo e fiquei muito contente.
Infelizmente irei procurar outro centro odontológico pois perdi meu tempo e nada resolvi..

I am indignant with the assistance of INEPO today.
I made an appointment at 3.30 pm and was surprised when the receptionist said that she needed the Panoramic X-ray as I was not informed at the time of the call.
I ended up taking the exam.
Remembering that I booked at 3.30 pm and arrived at 3:05 pm.
At 16:40 I still had not been attended as I had an appointment I ended up giving up the consultation.
And the saddest when I told the receptionists that I was leaving, they told me that the dentist was going to call me.
This after about 5 minutes of him getting my card back to his office and he didn't even call me when the reception came.
I am very sad and do not intend to return to INEPO because of this lack of respect for the patient.
I did all my implant treatment at Inepo and I was very happy.
Unfortunately I will look for another dental center because I wasted my time and nothing was resolved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo! Desorganizados. Alunos do curso sem compromisso. Fui no início de setembro/2020 fazer avaliação me queixando do desalinhamento dos dentes inferiores, e o rapaz me indicou tratamento pelo curso de ortodontia em razão do custo x benefício. Aceitei e foi a pior coisa que fiz. Só continuo indo pois já comecei o tratamento. Estamos em junho/2021 e estou até agora sem a montagem do aparelho ortodôntico na parte inferior!!!!!! As dentistas que me atendem faltam nas aulas e nem comecei o tratamento pra arrumar aquilo que efetivamente reclamei. Cada hora é uma desculpa. Nunca vi isso.
I do not recommend! Disorganized. Students of the course without commitment. At the beginning of September/2020, I went for an evaluation complaining about the misalignment of my lower teeth, and the guy recommended me for treatment through the orthodontics course because of the cost-benefit ratio. I accepted and it was the worst thing I did. I just keep going because I've already started the treatment. We are in June/2021 and I am so far without the mounting of the orthodontic braces at the bottom!!!!!! The dentists who attend me miss classes and I didn't even start the treatment to fix what I actually complained about. Every hour is an excuse. I never saw it.

I don't recommend it, I just spent money they didn't care about me I went personally to show the error, I had a problem with the canal, the crown didn't fit right the professional said that the gum would cover the crown, super dissatisfied
